FAQ

Common questions about commercial flooring, phasing, after-hours work and our process.

Do you work in occupied buildings?

Yes. Phased and after-hours installs are a core part of our commercial work. We coordinate with property managers, tenants and security so floors can stay partially open during the project.

What information do you need for a commercial RFP?

Approximate square footage, floor count, building type, occupancy constraints, desired product class, timeline and any drawings or photos you can share.

Can you install after business hours?

Often yes, depending on scope, access and crew availability. After-hours work is quoted with schedule assumptions spelled out in writing.

Do you handle subfloor prep and moisture testing?

Yes. Leveling, patching, mitigation systems and slab testing are scoped separately when site conditions require them.

Are you related to Victorious Carpet & Flooring?

Yes. Toronto Commercial Flooring is the commercial division of Victorious Carpet & Flooring — same accountability, commercial-focused team and install standards.

Do you do residential work?

Our focus is commercial. For home carpet, hardwood and shop-at-home service, visit Victorious Carpet & Flooring.

What areas do you serve?

The Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, Vaughan, Brampton, Oakville, Richmond Hill and surrounding commercial corridors.

What warranty do you offer on commercial labour?

We provide a written labour warranty on commercial install work. Product warranties come from manufacturers and are documented in your project paperwork.
